CARSTAR Etobicoke South

By far the WORST experience I have ever dealt with in getting a vehicle fixed. Not only is the manager TED very rude and unprofessional, but the work they did on my car is absolutely pathetic. My insurance company (Coachman) made me go to this Carstar location, despite me asking if I could go to a mechanic that I knew. I was told to bring in my Mercedes GLK Diesel on a Monday to be evaluated, and upon arriving they let me know they would actually be taking my car that day to begin the fixing. This wasn't an issue for me, and I asked that they call me before any fixing is done, just so I can approve the pricing and what is being done. After 4 days going by, with no contact we call Carstar to see if they have started the inspection, and what the cost will be. At this time they let me know that it hasn't even been looked at yet, and it will in a day or two. So my first concern is why did I drop my car off 4 days prior to this if they were backed up on inspections, or weren't planning on
