We called to cancel the account they said okay but 1 year later they were still charging us and we did not even live there any longer,when I called they said that no it wasn't canceled because they need an e-mail, they gave the email address & I emailed a letter and didn't want to be bothered by the one years payments they stole from us. After the letter was e-mailed years down the road I get a call from collections, apparently they still never canceled it because they needed a pen signature on the letter because otherwise they cannot prove it was the right person!! I mean are you crazy? I have the account number and e-mailed from the e-mail which was under the account and it was signed so I have no idea what they are talking about they just continue to steal money and when you call them out on it they try to make and excuse for what they have done. I also have a business account with them for many many years and after the kind of service I got for the manager Sakeen H I will cancel it
