Wal-Mart Tire & Lube Express

Everyone was out to lunch!We are from out of town so made an appointment. We arrived on time but there were no mechanics in the shop. I asked where everyone was. The salesman at the booking desk avoided answering by just saying can I help you? I said I was scheduled to have new tires installed at 1PM. ...and your name sir? I told him and was told to sign a work order which got hung on a clipboard with my keys. He then went off to show another customer some tires. I stood around for the next 20 minutes; still nobody around. I told the salesman to return my keys and void the work order which he did. No apology. No regrets, at least on the salesman's part. We then went to a "Real" tires store who matched the Walmart price. They also fit us in "Within 15 minutes" of us arriving! Moral of the story- "Go to a Real Tire Store!" Larry V
