I had to return something at walmart yesterday that was from almost 3 months ago that I just couldn't remember to take back. Anyway, the lady in front of me tore up the cashier at returns yellng and screaming, and the cashier dealt with it like a pro, she was SO nice about it asking her to please step aside and wait for the manager. Then having to deal with me right after and being as sweet as pie. I dont know her name, but I just want to say now that is good customer service!! L:)
