Used Libery for the first time in 2017 for 2016 taxes. Have had nothing but issues since. They screwed up and then offered to do our 2017 taxes as a curtousey for their mistakes even though I moved provinces. I was stupid (hindsight) and agreed. Now I regret my choices because they screwed up again and it's way worse this time. Will have my final reassessment done by CRA soon and hopefully I'll owe less than the first reassessment because this Liberty Tax location put down that I was currently living in BC when I wasn't. It really screws with all sorts of taxes and benefits depending on your province and I owe just over 1800 when I have always lived pay check to pay check. Never have I had issues with H&R block. Would not recommend Library Tax
