Hello Everyone!
I'm pretty much just the girl next door...well more like your average mom, now...residing in small town Wallaceburg, Ontario, living the dream, as they say. I'm NOW 50 years young and in better shape than I EVER have been thanks to Beachbody!! Prior to meeting up with the wonderful world of Beachbody I was doing pretty good for myself. Having my own gym in the house, complete with cardio machines, weights, bench, bar, bands, etc helped a great deal but since I started my first Challenge of T25 with Beachbody, I've never looked back!! It has definitely taken me to the next level of fitness that I never would have achieved on my own. Once I realized the benefit this gave me I just HAD to share!! There was NO WAY I was keeping this all to myself when so many others could get just as much from it as I have!! Sooo...I became a Coach and am now paying if forward to so many smiling faces. THIS is definitely the 'gift that keeps on giving'!!
