Found the staff member working to be completely lacking in customer service skills, either that or she was having a bad day. Regardless lost my business tonight. I'll give the store a 4 rating because they carry everything you want in a store, but one particular staff member - not all by any means, could use an attitude adjustment and be a little more customer oriented.
