This company failed to arrive by 4:30pm on a scheduled service call, and when I called to ask where the plumber was, they informed me they had tried calling a half hour earlier but no answer. I had no record of a call, they said they had called the cell number (I had provided home and cell, apparently they didn't even bother to try the home number), and when I said I had no record they said in a nasty tone it wouldn't appear as they don't have caller ID. I said that didn't matter as I would still have a record of a missed call, and they proceeded to say they couldn't comment as they didn't have my cell in front of them to verify.
