I went into the Woodstock location this afternoon to inquire regarding tires. I noticed two garage works sitting on tires on their phones and when the lady at the front desk inquired as to a tire one stated "I don't know" and didn't offer to get up. The other worker looked straight ahead as if he didn't understand the question and he didn't offer to get up either. I was going to purchase a new tire, however, I'd rather spend my money at a business where the workers want to assist. Not make me feel like I'm bothering them.
