I would never hire this company. They sub out their work and then refuse to pay the subcontractors. I have heard this from multiple sources as i am a store owner at one of the properties they so call maintain. It saddens me to see these men slaving under unruly circumstances and get treated the way they do. I have filed many complaints with my property manager and would like to see a new company take over where people are treated correctly.
