- I enjoy working with children and helping them to grow and gain self confidence, and independence by allowing them to help and take part in daily routines, crafts, baking, planning and meals.
- I believe in giving choices and reasons, not giving orders and "just cause" for an answer. I help to teach children responsibility, right and wrong and what their actions mean.
