WHAT WE DO: Based in North Bay, Ontario, we take your dreams and turn them into Ontario Building Code compliant drawings to get your building permit. Can also be used to generate material list from the Building supply of your choice. Over fifty years experience; 43 at the same address. Member of the North Bay & District Home Builders Association. -We design house plans to your particular specifications -We are OBC Bill 124 Certified for "House" (Single dwelling or side-by-side duplex up to 6460 sq. ft) -We provide drafting services and plan certification for builders in this area as well -We do not sell "off the shelf" designs like a plans website.
