Chris was great. From the first day when we discussed what our needs were, he was courteous and professional. He listened to our ideas and made many suggestions. In the end we got exactly what we asked for – a beautiful deck that bridged the gap from our back door to our swimming pool. Chris had detailed plans drawn up that included a shopping list for materials and supplies. Nothing was left to chance. He allowed us to shop that shopping list around to make sure we were getting the best price. Originally Chris was booked up for a while, but when an opening came up he made himself available to begin work immediately. Chris tore down our old deck and cleaned up the site before starting on the new construction. Chris was kind enough to take all the old materials to the dump for us and charged us a very reasonable fee to do so – certainly far less than it would have cost me to have it all carted away myself.
