Absolute Exterior Pros

I had Bruce P, do my concrete in September of 2014. There were problems with the pad immediately after it was laid. There was rough areas in the broom finish that were unsightly and of different colours, an uneven slant in the concrete toward the grass and completely exposed areas underneath the pad where water can enter. Moreover, the quality of work was sloppy, concrete was left on my shed door, sliding patio door and asphalt pathway. Further, their trash was left in my green bin (which I had to pick out) and there was left over material placed behind my shed.Now, that is not the worst part. I could somewhat tolerate the above. Yet this spring (less than 7 months after the initial lay) several cracks began to appear in my concrete. They are now spreading across the entire pad. I called Bruce almost daily, for 4 months, and he either didn't respond or made false promises. Further, the driveway sealant that he placed on my driveway is a complete mess as well. Bruce will not uphold his word or warranty.
