With over 15 years of experience in concert, editorial, portrait and commercial photography, Steven Perreault has brought the wisdom of tumultuous times to the surface; translating his thoughts, passions, pains, fears and joys into emotionally rich images. Although initially plagued by a gripping love for film photography and its warm aesthetic, over the years his work has progressed to include digital photography and its current embrace on popular art, once again, improving his ability to adapt to the throws of an ever-changing industry.
The Sherbrooke born shutterbug has traipsed through life wearing a myriad of hats and being stamped with various titles, however consistently reluctant to all but ‘photographer’. Armed with the passion to create and the cold steel of a camera, the worlds of music, culture and society have fallen subject to his all seeing lens, bringing him closer to completing an already check mark tinted list of goals.
