Description
An official Olympic Sport, Taekwondo has become one of the most popular martial arts today and involves kicking techniques, cardio-vascular training, physical fitness, as well as the possibility of competition at the regional, provincial, national and international levels. In other words, it benefits us all.
Xcell Taekwondo is proud to offer Taekwondo classes at John Abbott College in order to promote the well-being of both the young and the not so young in our region. This dojang includes full locker rooms, showers and sauna for members!
This high intensity training is provided by Justin Hannon and Stephen Chevrier as well as an entire team of black belts assistants. There are two adult and two kids classes per week, all under the technical direction of Grand Master Sami Mazraani and Master Andre Zaraa.
