The Mad Tatter is the exciting new studio of Charles Parent, Registered Master Tattoo Artist / Body Art Technician and is fully licensed and inspected by Fraser Health.
His private home studio has been used for years, catering to very select clients as well as celebrities who want their anonymity maintained. It is also Charles' exclusive teaching studio It is a place where aspiring tattoo artists can learn the finer points of the art and perfect their styles and technique. After years of working from this studio, when not being a celebrity guest artist at shops around the world, Charles decided to open a new, exciting shop in the heart of his home city. The Mad tatter IS that shop!

I recently got a memorial tattoo done in september 2012 for my step brother. That tattoo had sentimental value to me I decided to go to Charles at MadTatter tattoo to get it done who is also the owner of the business I was not impressed with the art of the tattoo he messed up the year of the death of my brother he messed up the design and I was also in the shop for over 5 hrs. I went back right after my tattoo healed about 2 months later (November 2012) to discuss the matters of having my tattoo fixed while at his shop he agreed to fix my tattoo free of charge. I came home and a few hours later received a phone call from his secretary stating that they could no longer agree to fix my tattoo because they were under new management. Obviously they had known that earlier in the day when I was at the shop so why would they have not told me then and there, further more I have never heard of a tattoo parlour not fixing a tattoo that the OWNER had done himself. I feel they have poor customer service skills.
