The digital phone service allows customers in Canada and more than 120 other countries to use their cable or DSL modem, or other high speed internet connection, to make and receive phone calls using an ordinary touchtone telephone. This service is also compatible with SIP devices, including IP phones, softphones, and Asterisk PBXs. ComCanada also offers wholesale services to other providers, including DID origination, Toll free origination, and VoIP termination across Canada, North America, and internationally. They have three data colocation centres in North America, in Toronto, Chicago and Vancouver.
