A holistic nutritionist (RHN) is trained in natural nutrition and complementary therapies. One of her principal function is to educate individuals about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition.
A RHN will work with you in finding the underlying reason for your health issue and create an individualized program of whole natural foods, exercise regimen, stress management, and nutritional supplementation that will support your own body’s ability to heal itself.
