Terrible. My Mother is a Senior Citizen and one of their reps ("S"), 'convinced' her that she needed a new dryer. He then charged her $160 to take away her older washer and dryer as she was going to replace them. After the new dryer was not drying the clothes very well, she called a service technician for which the new dryer was under warranty. After a basic, rudimentary inspection, he informed us that the duct simply was not looked at, and was clogged (this is after "S" claimed to have inspected it!). So, "S" got a fully functioning dryer and washer for a 'song' when there was no reason. Rip off!
