On thursday feb 15 i went to fo my tax return the lady at the front was rude. I had to wait an hour to do my taxes. Now the gentlemen that prepared my taxes told me i get zero refund because my daughter is now 19 years old and she is no longer an independent. I was shocked hurt and disappointed how could that be ive paid so much in taxes already for the year. Why wouldn't i not get a refund? The also said i owed cra $46 . I got zero refund but u still want to charge me $ 115 in fees. Ridiculous i am in shock. Been filing with h&r block for years and this location was a bad vibe from when i walked in. Never again
