First off, let me be clear and say I am an avid Starbucks fanatic. I am a gold card carrying double shot, non-fat, extra foam, extra hot Latte Lover. I am fairly certain I have been to every location in the city and many others all over the country. This location is the worst I have ever been to, by far. I have been at this location over a dozen times as it is close to my doctors. If it weren't for the physical location I would never return. I can only go here if i budget at least an extra 15 minutes of my time. I have been waiting for drink for more than 20 minutes here. If I hadn't already paid I would have just left. Without fail, it is always the longest wait time at this location. What surprises me is this location is not busy. There is no drive thru to distract the employees. Just slow, rude employees. Almost every time I am there after my 20 minute wait I could repeat the personal lives of many who work there.
