Tim Hortons will always be my go place for teas and the occassional sweet treat, customer service seems to be at an all time low though Ive been through the drive thru where they didnt say a word to me just stuck their hand out the window for the money. I still reccomend this because their products are still of high quality but let me say Im not far away from switching to McDonalds or just using my tassimo because I cant believe what some of these workers get away with. I understand most are great but there shouldnt be any rude workers and when ive complained it always gets swept under the rug.
