Kal Tire

A few weeks ago me and my husband went into Kal Tire to get advice to whether or not we could just patch our tire or to buy a new one. Upon arrival to Kal tire it wasn't even 5 minutes before a sales rep came out to look at our tire, he than informed us that we would have to buy a new tire, he told us that he didn't have one. So he gave us another location to a Kal tire and said they had one. When we go to this place, same thing within 5 minutes we were able to speak with someone. The sales rep felt really bad because this was the second time we had to replace tires due to my husbands job, he told us to come back in a few days and we would try and find us a used cheap tire so we wouldn't have to pay full price because it would likely happen again. We went back a couple days later, but unfortunetly he wasn't able to find a used tire. We were so grateful for his help, we purchased a new tire, the sales rep told us he would keep and eye out for a used tire that would fit our truck. We were so happy!!
