The staff at Kal Tire are there for you with exceptional customer service. I have been here with multiple issues on my aging vehicle and they have always gone above and beyond to accomodate my needs whether it be finding me the best price on parts or offering to drive me home and even picking me up when the repairs have taken more then an hour or so to complete. We are a one car family and have been so happy with the service they provide and they even know our name!! The kids enjoy the complimentary hot chocolate and popcorn and don't mind having to come along if we need to get a flat tire repaired which there is usually no charge for. You guys are great
