Booked with Chris for a bachelorette, originally requesting the Lincoln MKT about a month ahead of event. Due to low RSVP's had to downsize to an SUV and he was understanding and flexible. On the night of the event, to walk downstairs and see that stunning Lincoln MKT waiting for us, it was truly the highlight of our night. I'm very touched by the complimentary upgrade, and I can't thank Chris enough. The bride is still gushing about how she felt like a queen. Our driver, Maz, arrived 15 minutes early and gave me a call to let me know he was waiting outside. He was warm, professional, and had memorized all of our stops- truly seamless, perfect service from start to finish. There was ice and water bottles as promised, and the car was in top condition- clean and polished outside and in. I wouldn't bother booking anyone else- the prices are super competitive and the service outstanding.
