What can I say? Between November 2017 and March 2018 I've contacted ACANAC's technical support (closed on weekends) at least 15 TIMES. The Internet connection went down so many time over that period they even sent me (at my charge) a replacement modem to fix the connexion problem. But IT DIDN'T! So, after spending HOURS and HOURS with their technical support, I decided it was ENOUGH. I changed for another Internet supplier and asked for a FULL REFUND. But they won't !!! So, before signing in...
