The Fabulous Ramen (hand-pulled noodles) was ever popular in Japan since the Taisho era. At first, the Ramen seems to be a simple dish, however, they are rich of gastronomic delights. Our soup base are prepared by using chicken, pork bones, vegetables and patent condiments all simmered in more than 10 hours of stewing in order to obtain the flavor that is fresh, light tasteful and delicate.
