I purchased a two-hour cleaning session for my wife's birthday on November 6th, advertised as good through Februrary 4th. When I called to book an appointment, the proprietor told me that they'd decided that they didn't want to honor the deal because they didn't like working with Groupon. He was unprofessional and hard to communicate with. I was foisted back to Groupon to seek a refund for a gift that had already been given. Extremely disappointing. On the other hand, it might be for the best. If this is how they treat their potential customers, I don't have high expectations of their services.
