Description
Constant Growth is an Athletic Center in Kingston. Constant Growth has been originated by proud owner and experienced conditioning coach, Jason Walton. The business opened in January of 2009. In 2011 we opened our Boxing Gym which is located directly beside us. We train people of all ages and levels of fitness. We train several competitive athletes. Our club frequently sends competitive boxers to competitions.
We are involved with the community and help out with several charity events.
