I ordered a helmet online & part of it was missing when it arrived. I politely emailed 3 times and phoned once. Not a single reply.Obviously, their idea of dealing with a problem is to avoid it until it goes away. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this shop as they do not stand behind their products or their word.
