The Dufresne Group (Head Office)

Poor customer service is an understatement. I walked into Dufresne in an attempt to throw as much money at them as I could so that I could furnish my house all in one stop. So far...- Incompetent staff and poor communication between the store and the warehouse have caused incorrectly scheduled deliveries. - Poor customer service has caused incorrect items to be ordered. - Poor customer service has caused a 3 week delay to get a defective table looked at - Appalling customer service is currently preventing me from getting a single bottle of wood conditioner to replace the one that I spent two hours using on my defective table. Awfully tired of trying to throw money at Dufresne, and I would try Ashley furniture except that since they're both run by the same company I don't expect any better service.
