They do not back their product. We bought in May 2014 and it has been in shop since June 2014 - it is now Sept 2014. In an Email the owner said he was sorry we got a 'lemon'. Promises not kept, phone calls not returned, we pay each month for a machine that we don't even have. They blame the manufacturer. A lot of money spent on something the owner calls a 'lemon'. We are honest good people who wanted something fun for our 30th Wedding Anniversary - shame on you Broadview.Power Sports - you let us down with no where to turn.
