I have been in the travel industry for three years. I graduated from the tourism program at Humber College in 2007. I received my Cuban Destination Specialist certificate from the American Society of Travel Agents in 2007 and I have lived and attended university in Cuba and received my Certificate in Spanish in 2008 from the University of Matanzas,Cuba.In November 2008, I received the Certified Travel Counsellor designation (CTC) from the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors(CITC).
