Anna's Housekeeping Services

Scheduled a 4 hour deep clean with Anna's Housekeeping. What I got was 4 hours of feet draggin' laziness. When I called to schedule this appointment (shame on me for not reading yelp and google reviews - they are not a popular company it seems), I clearly explained what was needed and I was assured it could happen. That was obviously not the case as you can see in the photos. I can't really tell you what the cleaner did, as it appears she did nothing other than take phone calls and shuffle along. Floors, tiles, faucets, couch, walls, doorknobs were not even touched. Why was I asked to supply the tools if the cleaner wasn't going to do anything? If I were Anna (the owner), I'd be downright embarrassed at this representation of my company and that I continuously take money from people who end up unhappy. Complete failure to uphold your end of an agreement. Don't take my word for it - check out their google and yelp reviews.
