I keep calling this company & no one ever answers & no answering machine comes on. Then I try to go onto the company's website, and it has been taken down. So I doubt this company is still in business, and if they are; then they are cutting corners by not having a receptionist & website, so I don't think I'd want them touching the most important appliance in our home. Some corners should never be cut.
