we had such a bad experience with dealing with Chris Cavaghan. We would advise you all to keep looking elsewhere. He had months to work out a deal and left it until almost too late (we got it elsewhere at the last minute) and then wouldn't answer emails or phone messages after to explain why he didn't finish off the deal. There are many more professional type brokers in Victoria, don't bother with this one.
