Black Top Cabs

I have been using this company's cabs for several decades, 10-15 times per year to go to the airport and back again. They had my identification in their computer, so once their caller ID picked up on my phone number, all else was fine.The last time, however, it was far from fine. When I phoned, the dispatcher didn't have any of my information (address, pickup point, etc.). She took it down, along with when the taxi was needed. When it didn't arrive about 15 min. after the scheduled time, I phoned again. The new dispatcher had no record of the previous call or promised taxi. We went through it all again. She said a cab had been there and waited, but no one showed up. Our 24 hr.-a-day concierge said he had not seen a cab either through the window or on the several CCTV cameras. This was repeated 3 times, until I was in danger of missing my flight so I drove out and left my car in long-term parking. Needless to say, I'm using another company from now on.
