I have never had more terrible service then what I receive. I signed up with the location at Shoppers World Danforth on July 31,2017. The sales rep are shady and they really make you feel like you are getting a great deal but at the end really it's a scam. I got deal for 0 down for the phone with Koodo and I was asked for 200.00 and in return I would get a credit on my bill. I walked away but the rep insisted it was the best deal I'm getting as it was only going to 49.00 plus tax. I really needed a phone service hooked asap so I signed up for two lines and don't know what happened but instead of two lines, there was six lines set up. My first bill almost 400.00. I'm still awaiting credit for that and also the 200.00 which I still have yet to receive. I warn everyone do not go to any cellularpoint locations as the reps are transferred from one location to the next. Don't be scammed! Don't be next victim!
