Most upsetting customer service, ever. Don't waste your time. Entered the store with two employees at their desk, no greetings as if they didn't notice us, the Asian employee was clearly having fun talking with her guy friend. Browsed the area and liked a Laminate, still no response from the employee. A Little while longer my brother arrives to finalise a Laminate we liked, still no response from the employee. Then my brother asks one of the employees to help us with the Laminate (price, quantity available, etc) and the Asian employee decides to help because she is the boss, at least she acted. The 3 questions we asked was answered with the most unsettling attitude, eye rolling, and annoyance. For our last question, she said she needs to "check" the other warehouse because they might have the Laminates. After 10-15 min we realised she was not getting back to us, to our not-so-surprise she was back at her desk filtering with her guy friend. We left the store right away.
