We have one low standard rate for all homes and charge an overage rate by the minute. If it took 27 minutes to clear your driveway, then you only pay for 7 minutes-the first 20 is included. Rates from 60 cents per minute.

I purchased a contract for snow removal with this company earlier this winter. Unfortunately when I attempted to contact them in order to engage their services I was unable to get them to return my calls or e-mail. It has now been 48 hrs since I left my first voice mail message and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response. In the interim, my husband and I have had to shovel repeatedly because of the volume of snow that has been coming down. I can understand if these people are busy. If someone had phoned me back and said, "We're swamped due to the recent snow fall and won't be able to get to you until ___", I would have been prepared to wait. I cannot understand blatantly refusing to contact a customer who has already paid them for their services. I can therefore only assume that this company is no longer in business and has no intention of fulfilling their current contracts. If this is not the case I strongly suggest using a different company.
