I do Raynor massage which was developed by Brandon Raynor.
He brought together the best aspects of all types of massage from around the world and combined it into one. It is a deep tissue massage and the entire body is worked. A special for first time customers $40 for the first hour and a half. I prefer to do 2 hour sessions, those being the minimum since we work out all the tension stored in the body. I incorporate body balancing into it, there is hand and foot reflexology, and if people want i do energetic work during as well.I am willing to go to Red Deer as well.
