Description
I have been spreading the love of hooping through school groups and community outreach programs funded by the Wellness Coalition for Avalon East. I completed classes and workshops in Salsa and Bellydance, in African Dance and Argentine Tango. I was also a member of a Fitness Demo Team. I am quite proud of my fitness accomplishments, attaining the Can Fit Pro Personal Training Specialist Certification and Post Natal Cardio Fit Bootcamp training while on maternity leave. I completed Zumba® Fitness Basic 1 & 2 and have been teaching it at Wild Lily Dance Centre since May 2011. I just finished Zumba® Toning & ZumbAtomic® Trainings. I await Zumba Gold® and Aqua Zumba® to spread the Zumba party to St. John’s, NL. I believe that healthy living is the best gift we can give to our hearts and those of our loved ones.
