Esther’s Bridal

Absolutely horrible! The experience I had at Esther's bridal was stressful and extremely inconvenient. Not only did Esther NOT even show up for my first fitting, the alterations were done incorrectly making the hem of my wedding dress uneven. She then argued with my mother and I that the hem was fine until we made her measure it...1.5 inches off from the left to the right of my dress hem in the front! She is hard to get a hold of and NEVER remembers who you are or when appointments are. Getting a wedding dress is supposed to be stress free and easy, not the terrible experience I had. I recommend staying FAR away from this place.
