Subpar service. Booked a ride from Ottawa to Toronto for October 23rd at 9:30am. The ride was delayed until 11am due to maintenance which was fine but I came back at 10:45am for my ride and the driver said he did not have me on his list and said there were more vans coming at 11am. I texted Selsgo and they said that the driver at 10:45 was actually my driver. I inquired further about more rides at 11am and they stopped responding. I tried calling two times past 11am, however no one picked up. There weren't any more rides that came at 11am or past.
