* I bought a unlimited hair removal Groupon for this place a year ago so I had to reluctantly use them till the end* The first appointment was given after one month and wasn't told it was just a consult * Next apt was given a month after that (wasted 2 months already) * The owner is HAIRY herself so that was a big warning sign * I had unlimited but they spaced each session 8 weeks apart so that I don't come that often (my sister went to another place and did the same stuff as me and they said that each area needs different time periods and her sessions were closer) * The service is not consistent- one girl does half the usual area and says that's all I get (after I tell her I have got the whole area done, she checks with her "manager" and does the rest reluctantly) * I was 5 minutes late for one apt and was told that they cannot work on me and that I lost the session. They did not allow me to rebook! So I was only allowed 5 sessions in a WHOLE YEAR!
