Whether we are new to life or have been around the block a few times, life experiences are unique to everyone. All of us have life experiences that are new to us. A new relationship, marriage, job, career, babies, children, health issues, and we don't know how to cope with the changes. Fear, anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, and so much more that happens that we don't know how to process the emotions that come at us. When this happens we suppress internally, because of embarrassment, rejection, because it's too overwhelming, or we don't want to deal with the confrontation. Tools and skills are what will teach you. This is just a bump in the road. I believe life experiences are the best knowledge anyone can have. Let's leave the past behind, and move onto the future.
