Last year I gave contract to GrassWorks.ca for our landscaping including, seeding, soil top up, fertilizing, weed control session through out summer. Guys came home after couple of phone calls and they put very cheap seeds and soil with lots of mulching. he told me that they will come for weed control after two weeks as weed control can not apply with seeding. they never showed up after that visit and never picked up my phone calls and replied my email. we noticed excessive increase in the weed because of cheap soil. It was very bad experience and we ended up with more ugly looking lawn after paying hundreds of dollars.
