We are a small company that performs renovations and builds new. We have built two dozen new homes. As we are small, we hire as needed and do not take on too much work. We have never done more than one job at a time. Canadian building methods are becoming increasingly popular around the world. The speed at which homes are built and the warmth they provide really ensure a bang for the buck. Renovations are fast approaching new building statistics. It’s a great way to get updates, and, also valuable experience. Having done many renovations over the years I’ve learned at times, the hard way. You learn from your mistakes, especially if it affects your bottom line. Having built predominantly in a small town, you do run into your clients and they do discuss the work you performed. It’s very nice to hear them tell you how pleased they are. Down here in the lower mainland, there are unfortunately many companies who don’t perform fairly. Do your homework and make the advantage yours.
