Really disappointed at how unprofessional this establishment is. I made an appointment for earlier today four days ago, and everything was discussed ahead of time (size, colour, cost, design, etc.) However, when I walked in today at my appointment time, not only did it take the man standing at the desk forever to acknowledge us, people in the shop seemed completely clueless and had completely forgotten the appointment was made at all. I wasn't even in their system. Super disappointed and I will not be returning. If I could, I'd give zero stars.
